Project: Reviewed economic impacts from adoption of the Town’s Strategic Technology Plan of 1999, involving convergence of operations with implementation of information technology systems and applications.

Conducted: December 2002 – February 2003

Results: Revealed demonstrable ROI, with $2.1M in benefits outweighing the $1.3M in costs as of December 2002.
