Broadband Strategic Research and Impact Analysis – Program Evaluation Services for Rural Connections

Client: Ministry of Consumer and Government Services, Government of Ontario, Canada.

Project: SNG developed program evaluation framework, an impact tracking methodology and evaluation / support tools for the $10 million Rural Connections Program and living labs.

Conducted: December 2007 – March 2009

Results: Built capacity with government officials, municipal project stakeholders, community partners needed to support and take ownership of an impact tracking process for each of their 18 funded broadband projects. Created and implemented a process for the broadband funding agency to collect data on broadband impacts with a process that is locally owned and sustainable.Client: Ministry of Consumer and Government Services, Government of Ontario, Canada.
