Broadband RFP Process for Hastings County

Client: Corporation of the County of Hastings, Ontario, Canada.

Project: Assisted the Corporation of Hastings County achieve the most value from vendors in the provisioning of high-speed Internet access services to individuals, businesses and organizations
within this geographic area, enabling the communities and their constituencies to reap the benefits of broadband enabled services.

Conducted: September 2006 – ongoing

Results: Reviewed a request for proposal (RFP) issued by the county for broadband vendor selection and evaluate vendor responses, including technology selection; and, developed financial (cash
