Community Access Program: Sustainability Funding for Lanark County
Client: Lanark Communications Network, Perth, Ontario, Canada.
Project: Developed proposal to sustain operations of 19 public Internet access centers in a rural county in Ontario for a community-based organization facilitating local IT development.
Conducted: February – March 2000
