Project: Developed business operations plan with measurable outcomes for a regional portal project.

Results: Adapted SNG methodologies to de-risk investment decisions and fast-track uptake rates for client’s portal initiative. To promote economic growth and access government services in the region’s 57 communities, built scalable, sustainable revenue models.
