Andrew Bates
September 12, 2025Andrew Bates is a Project Analyst with Strategic Networks Group (SNG), specializing in data and statistical analysis, GIS mapping, and project management to support broadband and digital infrastructure projects.
With over 10 years of experience in telecommunications, community broadband, utilities, and community development projects, his contributions range from data management, report preparation, and policy and program impact evaluation. Andrew has provided network planning advice and technical expertise on environmental compliance, geospatial analysis, broadband infrastructure mapping, and civic technology.
Andrew holds a Master of Public Policy in Science and Technology from George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Central Florida.
