Measuring Return on Investment of FedNor Funded ICT Projects

Project: Designed an approach empowering FedNor and proponents of their funded projects to capture data that accurately measures the economic and socio-economic impacts, as well as effectiveness of funded broadband projects.

Conducted: January – March 2010
